Terms and Conditions

It is our pleasure to provide coaching services for your professional and personal development in accordance with these terms and conditions; and coaching service agreement and contract. The terms and conditions apply to all hypnosis and coaching services provided by Keybi Hypnosis (“the Consulting Hypnotist”) to any individual or organization ("the Client") and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by the Consulting Hypnotist for the Client. The Client (or by a third party on their behalf) agrees to pay fees for the service in the terms and conditions.

The date that the first paid hypnosis or coaching session takes place shall be deemed the start date for the service. Participation by any individual in the first paid session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Hypnosis or Coaching Packages

In accordance with the Consulting Hypnotist’s program package, or any other such fee, will be agreed upon and notified to the Client. The Consulting Hypnotist will confirm the fee in writing via email and the Client Portal. The hypnosis program packages may consist of several sessions, access to client portal, and any other hypnosis and/or coaching services and training, as agreed between the Consulting Hypnotist and the Client to be used in within 12-weeks.

Session Format

The sessions will be by Zoom call or in-person at office location, as agreed between the Consulting Hypnotist and the Client. Please arrive on-time or 5 minutes prior to the scheduled session. More than 5 minutes "late" or after the scheduled session time will be reported as “missed.” Unless otherwise agreed, the Client is responsible for scheduling the sessions through the Client Portal scheduler.

Payment Terms

Fees for services to be paid by debit or credit card through the Client Portal prior to initial session. The agreed payment between Client and Consulting Hypnotist must be received by Client (or by a third party on their behalf) before coaching service are provided by Coach. The date that the first paid session takes place shall be deemed the start date for the service. Participation by any individual in the first paid hypnosis or coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Client must contact Consulting Hypnotist no more than 5 minutes after the session start time or the session will be reported as “missed.” Client may cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of scheduled session. A $100 non-refundable booking fee will be applied your account for future hypnosis and coaching services. No refund will be given for missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments, after the 72 hour window has closed.

Assignments

The Consulting Hypnotist may assign the Client tasks or exercises to complete between hypnosis or coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the Client to complete the assignments. However, by not completing the assignments may delay the Client's progress in achieving the desired outcomes. Clients are requested to upload assignments to the client portal at least 24 hours prior to the next session.

Confidentiality

Personal information or business information supplied by Clients in hypnosis and coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the Client's prior permission, saved where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the Client or someone else.

Early Termination

In exceptional circumstances, such as inappropriate behavior by the Client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, the Coach can decide to terminate the service to the Client early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching sessions to the Client. In such a circumstance the Client will be given reasonable notice of termination by the Consulting Hypnotist where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.

Responsibilities

The Consulting Hypnotist will seek to enable the Client to achieve the desired outcome(s). Remarkable results can be achieved when Clients take sole responsibility for changing the trajectory in their life. The Consulting Hypnotist has no liability for any loss incurred by any Client, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of coaching sessions, or for any perceived failure by the Client, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.

Record Retention Policy

The Client acknowledges that the Consulting Hypnotist has disclosed his/her record retention policy with respect to documents, information and data acquired or shared during the term of the Consulting Hypnotist-Client relationship. Such records will be maintained by the Consulting Hypnotist in a format of the Consulting Hypnotist’s choice (print or digital/electronic) for a period of not less than 5 years.

 

Termination

Either the Client or the Consulting Hypnotist may terminate this Agreement at any time with 2-week written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.

 

Limited Liability

The Consulting Hypnotist makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the hypnosis and coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Consulting Hypnotist be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages.

 

Governing Law

This contract is governed by the law of Florida whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, disagreement, proceedings or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract.
